Yinka Ayankoya

Accounts Manager, Payroll Administrator and Program Manager

 Professional Profile: Ms. Yinka Ayankoya received her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University.  Ms. Ayankoya is also a Certified Professional Coder with the AAPC and serves as a consultant for CSBS on several medical coding/billing contracts.   Ms. Ayankoya has been with CSBS since September 2004 and has 15 years experience in Standard Operating Procedures, 13 years experience in Educational Program Development, 8 years experience on Executive Boards, 7 years experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping and 5 years experience in Payroll Administration.  Ms. Ayankoya oversees all aspects of the CSBS Accounting and Payroll Departments and serves as Project Manager on several successful and ongoing government personnel services contracts.  Ms. Ayankoya also provides assistance to the Tax Preparation and Property Management Divisions of CSBS.     

 Deji Ayankoya

 Business/Proposal Development and Human Resource Manager

Professional Profile: Mr. Deji Ayankoya has a background in Business Administration with over 4 years experience in Business Development, HR, and Proposal Development and 2 years experience in Inside Sales and Safety Inspection. Deji attended East Carolina University where he earned his BS.  Deji Ayankoya has been with CSBS for almost 4 years and oversees all aspects of the CSBS HR and performs Business Development functions relating to Market Research, Prospecting, Marketing, Advertising, and Quality Assurance. Mr. Ayankoya also provides support to the Tax Preparation Division of CSBS.

With more than a quarter century of experience in professional business services, staffing, tax preperation, management, general accounting, control and analysis, financial reporting, budget development, and cash flow analysis; Mr. Tai Ayankoya is a qualified expert in progressive business strategies with a demonstrated history of helping agencies cut costs and increase profits.

As a proven business leader he is a professional dedicated to providing support and long-range planning to government agencies, small businesses, and individuals.
